As I looked around the cardio area of the gym and saw various gym enthusiasts, I realized... I am not one of them. How I envy those that crave their exercise time or enjoy repelling down the face of Half Dome. I, on the other hand, can't wait for the elliptical machine to tell me I am all done for the day! Is that wrong?
Suggestions??? I have tried just about anything anyone has suggested! "Switch it up a bit- keep it interesting", someone once told me. How in the heck do you keep something so "not interesting" "interesting"? I could switch it up on a daily basis, but I doubt I will ever truly LOVE running, lifting weights, swimming laps, hiking steep dusty trails, stationary cycling, or the like.
So, as I continuously tell myself "Don't worry, self, we're almost done" I realize that I have just begun. And to be honest... That SUCKS! Anyways, I went to the gym and worked up a sweat only to know that I have to go back tomorrow.
Why am I doing this? Oh, that's right- I don't want to be 300 pounds searching for new sheet fabric so that I may sport the latest trends in obese fashion! I know, maybe I should be more optimistic. Ah hah! I've got it!!!!!
